ESTERO ISLAND, Fla.– June xx, 2006 – Captiva Villas, the luxurious 43-unit condo hotel tower at the Pink Shell Beach Resort & Spa, recently achieved significant construction milestones and is estimated to be completed by February 2007.
Work on the building is ahead of schedule and has moved from the foundation to a vertical construction of ___ feet, Captiva Villas will be topped off at seven stories in October 2006.

Captiva Villas will be located on prime gulf-front property and feature one-bedroom, villa-style, accommodations with an unprecedented array of amenities. With four floor plans, each unit will have sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and will be fully furnished with elegant, maple wood furnishings and yacht theme décor. Select units will have a private, oversized sunning deck, while corner units will enjoy Gulf and Bay view lanais and private Jacuzzi®.
